Mushroom Rice Ring
Mushroom Rice Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raw rice, 2 c. water, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 lb. mushrooms and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine rice, water and salt; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat very low.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Chop mushrooms and saute in butter for 3 minutes.
Add water or bouillon.
Combine rice and mushroom mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon mixture in a greased 7-inch ring mold. Set in a pan of 1-inch water; bake 30 minutes.
When done, invert on platter and fill with 2 to 3 cups cream fish or meat.
