Mushroom Rice
Mushroom Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. rice (before cooking), 1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick), 1 large onion, sliced thin, 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Make rice according to package directions.
Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine until tender.
In large casserole, combine cooked rice, mushrooms and onions and soy sauce.
(Add more soy sauce to taste.)
Mix well.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
