Mushroom Potatoes
Mushroom Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 1 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Blend soup and milk together.
Mix well and heat slowly in saucepan.
Blend in salt, pepper onion.
In a greased, 1 quart casserole, arrange layer of sliced potatoes. Pour half of the mushroom the potatoes. Then add another layer of potatoes and the sauce. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
