Mash potatoes with milk and sour cream.
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Pour butter and mushrooms in a well made in the potatoes. Cover with more potatoes.
Dot the top with butter and bake for 30 minutes at 500Β°.
Can be prepared a day before and reheated in oven or microwave.
