Mushroom Melange
Mushroom Melange is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs (progresso) and 1 to 2 tbsp. diced monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute mushrooms in margarine and olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients and blend together over low heat.
Season liberally with grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover and keep warm until serving time.
