Mushroom-Macaroni Casserole
Mushroom-Macaroni Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (uncooked), 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bring water and salt to boil in large Dutch oven; stir in macaroni.
Return to a rapid boil and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain. Rinse in cold water.
Drain.
Combine macaroni, soup, mayonnaise, cheese and mushrooms.
Add pimentos.
Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle evenly over macaroni mixture.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes.
