Murel's Cookies
Murel'S Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sq. chocolate, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. chopped dates and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Butter electric frypan.
Melt chocolate in pan.
Beat eggs, salt and sugar together and add with dates to chocolate, stirring constantly.
Cook for 10 minutes at 325Β°.
Remove from pan or heat.
Add nuts, vanilla and Rice Krispies.
Drop by spoonfuls into coconut.
Roll into balls and place on waxed paper to cool.
