Mulled Cider is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. apple cider, 3/4 to 1 c. realemon juice from concentrate, 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, 8 whole cloves and 2 cinnamon sticks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except rum and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes to blend flavors.
