Muffin Doughnuts

Beal sugar, oil and eggs at high speed.
Add flour, baking powder, nutmeg, salt, milk and vanilla.
Beat at high speed. Grease and flour muffin tins.
Fill little over half full.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
Do not overbake.
When cool, dip tips and bottoms in melted butter, then in a cinnamon and sugar mixture.
