Place dry ingredients directly into 9-inch square or round pan.
Mix well.
Make a hole or well in the middle of dry ingredients by pushing ingredients to the side of pan.
Pour all liquid ingredients into hole.
Slowly mix ingredients using fork to work in all together.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
