Mud Pie Cookies
Mud Pie Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 1/2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 1/2 tsp.salt and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt oleo, add sugar and milk.
Boil 3 to 4 minutes. Add peanut butter, cocoa, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Remove from heat and add oatmeal.
When mixed well, drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet(s).
Let cool.
