Mud Pie
Mud Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk), 3 egg yolks, 4 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 c. coarsely crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies (12 cookies) and 1 (9-inch) chocolate crumb crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla until well blended. Fold in cookies and whipped cream. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container. Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Scoop ice into prepared crust. Drizzle with topping.
Garnish with nuts. Return leftovers to freezer.
