Mud Hen Bars
Mud Hen Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 eggs and 1 c. walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat together butter, sugar, 1 egg and 2 egg yolks.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Spread in 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Sprinkle walnuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows over batter. Cover with meringue made with 2 egg whites and 1 cup brown sugar. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
