Mud Fish Stew
Mud Fish Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 slices fatback, 1/4 lb. bacon, 1 medium onion, 1 small bottle ketchup and 1 small can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown fatback first and then bacon.
Add onion and brown.
Add ketchup and enough water to get thickness desired.
Add tomato paste.
Add teaspoon of black pepper.
Add 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce. Bring to a boil.
Add 1 tablespoon salt.
Add fish, cut in small pieces.
Cook about 15 minutes.
