Mud Cake
Mud Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 4 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream margarine, sugar and cocoa.
Beat in eggs, vanilla and flour.
Mix well and fold in nuts and coconut.
Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake for 40 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Spread marshmallow cream on top of cake and return to oven. Bake for 5 minutes.
Cool and frost with Chocolate Frosting.
