Mrs. Barr's Rhubarb Jam
Mrs. Barr'S Rhubarb Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cut-up rhubarb, 4 c. sugar, 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bring to boil the rhubarb, sugar and pineapple with juice in large kettle.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, or until rhubarb is tender.
Remove from the heat and stir in the jello.
Stir until dissolved.
Pour into jars.
Seal and store in the refrigerator.
Makes 3 pints.
