Mozzarella Marinara
Mozzarella Marinara is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, chopped, 1 garlic clove, minced, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained and 1 can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, water, sugar, salt and bay leaf.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 - 30 minutes or until thickened.
Serve with mozzarella cheese sticks or cheese bread sticks.
