Mountain Dew Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 1 box instant lemon pudding, 12 oz. mountain dew, 1 c. oil and 4 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine egg yolks, pineapple, butter and sugar in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, pudding, Mountain Dew and oil.
Stir in fruit mixture and pour into a cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, then sprinkle with coconut.
