Mound Balls
Mound Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick melted margarine, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut, 1 can eagle brand milk and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix melted butter, milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
Then add sifted sugar and coconut.
Mix well and refrigerate 1/2 hour. Take out of refrigerator and make into balls.
Refrigerate again for 2 hours.
Melt chocolate and wax in double boiler and dip balls into chocolate mixture.
Place on wax paper to dry.
