Mostaccioli Mosta
Mostaccioli Mosta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. onion, chopped, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped, 1 c. black olives, chopped and 2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion; drain excess fat.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, olives, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, oregano and crushed pepper.
Simmer 15 minutes. Prepare mostaccioli according to package.
Toss with melted butter.
Arrange in a 3-quart shallow baking dish.
Pour on meat sauce.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
