Mostaccioli Broccoli Bake
Mostaccioli Broccoli Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. mostaccioli noodles, 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk and 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook noodles, drain and rinse with cold water.
In medium saucepan, melt margarine.
Stir in flour until blended.
Add milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, thyme and nutmeg.
Remove from heat. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese sauce and noodles.
Spoon into a 12 x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle Swiss cheese on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
