Mostaccioli is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 to 3 c. (1 lb. can) tomatoes and 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat and drain.
Add green peppers and onion and cook until tender.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings.
In a 2-quart casserole, layer half the noodles, meat sauce and Velveeta.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
