Moss Cake
Moss Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 4 egg yolks, beaten, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. milk and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream butter and egg; add sugar all at once.
Add flour sifted alternately baking powder, salt and milk. Add vanilla and nuts. Fold egg whites and grated chocolate. Save a little chocolate for top of cake. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured.
Frost with powdered sugar and butter frosting and sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
