Moss Ball
Moss Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 to 1/2 lb. bleu cheese, crumbled, 1/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1 small onion, minced and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place cheeses in mixer bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened.
Beat on medium speed until well mixed.
Add onion and Worcestershire sauce; beat well.
Stir in pecans.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Roll cheese mixture into 1 large ball.
Chill; roll in parsley.
Put on serving plate; chill 2 hours, or until firm. Serve the cheese ball with a variety of crackers.
