👨‍🍳 Instructions

Cream 1 cup of sugar and butter together.

Mix second cup of sugar with the eggs and then beat with the butter mixture.

Add flour and baking powder to this mixture and mix well.

Divide dough into 6 parts (the size of a child's wrist; 6 rolls of dough).

Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until light brown. Remove, and when easy to handle, cut into slices 1/2-inch thick. Spread out on cookie sheet and dry in the oven at 300°.

Turn over after about 10 minutes and dry 10 more minutes on the other side or until brown.
