Moon Potatoes
Moon Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Peel and slice potatoes 1/8-inch thick lengthwise.
Place in cold water.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a paper bag, shake flour and Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Shake 1/2 of potatoes at a time until well coated.
Lay in pan with butter in a single layer.
Bake all at 350Β° for up to an hour; turn after 1/2 hour.
Crispy and good!
