Moon Cake

Boil water and butter. Remove from heat and add 1 c. flour. Add eggs, one at a time.
Spread on large cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes. Cool. Make vanilla pudding.
Mix in cream cheese and spread on top of cake.
Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
