Monterey Supper
Monterey Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white rice, 7 oz. can diced green chilies, 3 zucchini, sliced thin, 3 tomatoes, sliced thin and 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook rice; place on bottom of pan.
Top with cheese, then top with chilies and top with olives.
Spread zucchini and top with tomatoes.
Mix sour cream, onion, garlic and oregano.
Spread mixture over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
