Monster Cookies
Monster Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. eggs, 1 tbsp. vanilla, 18 c. rolled oats (can use part flour), 3 lb. chunky peanut butter and 4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Reserve 1/4 pound M&M's for decorating, if desired.
Cream eggs, sugars and butter.
Add peanut butter and cream well.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 12 minutes, 6 cookies to a sheet.
Makes 100 large 4-inch cookies.
I make them smaller and have more cookies.
