Monster Cookies
Monster Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, softened, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. + 2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar, 3 eggs and 1/2 c. applesauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream oleo; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Add eggs, peanut butter, vanilla, corn syrup and applesauce; beat well.
Add oats, soda, salt and flour, mixing well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Chill dough.
Drop by 1/4 cup, 4 inches apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes. (Center will be soft).
Cool slightly on cookie sheet.
Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
