Monster Cookies
Monster Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. oleo, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix oleo, brown sugar, white sugar, peanut butter, eggs, Karo syrup, vanilla and soda.
Add and mix by hand the oatmeal, Rice Krispies, chocolate chips and the M&M's.
Take a tablespoon of dough, roll it into a ball with your hands.
Drop onto cookie sheet and press out flat with your hands.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Makes 40 to 50 cookies.
These freeze well.
