Monster Cookies
Monster Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 c. granulated sugar, 3/4 tsp. light corn syrup and 2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients in order given.
Batter will be sticky. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 6 to 10 minutes.
Do not overbake!
To make very large cookies, use ice cream scoop and place about 6 scoops on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes.
I usually opt for using heaping tablespoons.
The secret is not to overbake!
