In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients together until well blended.
Cream together next 5 ingredients thoroughly in extra large bowl.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture until mixed well.
Roll into cookie balls and flatten with hands. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 12 minutes.
