Monster Cookie
Monster Cookie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat eggs; cream with margarine and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet with an ice cream scoop for giant cookie.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 325Β°. For smaller cookie, drop by teaspoon and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
