Monkey Cake
Monkey Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cans biscuits, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cinnamon, 1 1/2 sticks butter and pecans, chopped (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut biscuits into fourths.
Combine sugar and cinnamon. Shake onto biscuits.
Place in layers in tube pan.
If desired, sprinkle each layer with nuts and raisins.
Bring butter and remaining cinnamon and sugar to a boil.
Pour over biscuit mixture.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from pan immediately. Serve as buns or finger food.
Break apart with two forks.
