Monkey Cake
Monkey Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 sticks butter, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 4 (10 count) pkg. biscuits (use pillsbury country biscuits in red pkg.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 2 ingredients.
Bring to a boil and set aside.
Mix next 2 ingredients.
Place in plastic bag.
Open 2 packages biscuits and quarter; place in plastic bag and shake.
Grease tube pan lightly.
Put quartered biscuits in pan.
Pour half of the buttered mixture over them.
Do the same with the other 2 packages.
Pour remainder of butter mixture over the top.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn on dish.
