Monkey Bread(Coffee Cake) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen parkerhouse roll dough, 1 block butter, cinnamon-sugar, 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup chopped apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut frozen dough rolls in half (about 1-inch pieces).
Melt butter and toss pieces in butter to coat.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon-sugar and toss with raisins, apples and nuts.
Place in a large greased bundt pan and cover pan with a towel.
Let rise overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
Make a glaze with powdered sugar and milk and drizzle over bread.
(Raisins, apples, and pecans may be omitted.)
