Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cans biscuits, 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 1/2 c. pecans, raisins and or coconut, 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350 degrees; cut biscuits into fourths.
Place sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag.
Add biscuit pieces a few at at time, and shake to coat.
Place pieces in a greased tube pan until all are used.
Sprinkle layers with pecans, raisins or coconut if desired.
Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil in a saucepan, and pour over top of biscuits.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
Turn topside up toss serve.
