Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. granulated sugar, 3 tsp. cinnamon, 4 (8 oz.) tubes refrigerator biscuits (not buttermilk) and 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix 1 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon in a bowl with a lid. Cut all biscuits into quarters and shake to coat all pieces.
In a pan, boil 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon with the butter. Put half of the biscuits into a tube pan.
Pour half of the butter mixture over it.
Layer the rest of the biscuits; pour on the rest of the butter. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Invert onto plate within 5 minutes.
