Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 c. lukewarm water, 1 c. crisco, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Completely dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Set aside.
Mix Crisco, sugar and salt. Add boiling water. Cool slightly.
Add beaten eggs and mix.
Add flour and yeast alternating.
Mix thoroughly. Cover and let rise until double in bulk.
Flatten on lightly floured board until about 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter. Dip each piece in melted margarine and place in alternate layers in Bundt pan. Cover and let rise until double. Bake at 300Β° about 1 hour.
