Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1 c. crisco, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water.
Set aside.
Heat together Crisco, boiling water, sugar and salt until melted.
Mix flour and eggs with yeast mixture.
Mix flour mixture with shortening mixture after shortening mixture has cooled.
Mix all with electric mixer.
Let rise until double, about 1 1/2 hours. Knead 100 times.
Roll dough to 1/4-inch thick.
Cut up into 1 to 2-inch squares.
Dip each piece into melted butter.
Place in Bundt pan.
Rise until double.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
