Monkey Bars
Monkey Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large ripe banana, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. soft butter or margarine and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, beat banana, both sugars, butter, cinnamon and vanilla.
Beat in eggs.
Sift flour and baking powder; add to banana mixture.
Add coconut and stir until well blended.
Spread into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
