Mom's Lasagna
Mom'S Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 of 1 lb. cooked lasagna, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. parsley and 1/2 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown ground beef and garlic powder in oil; drain.
Stir in tomatoes, sauce and seasonings.
Simmer for 30 minutes uncovered. In bottom of greased pan, place 1/2 meat sauce and arrange 1/2 lasagna over top.
Spoon 1/2 of Parmesan cheese, Cheddar and cottage cheese over top, then layer lasagna, cheeses and meat sauce.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
