Mom's Corn
Mom'S Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. crackers, crushed fine, 1 can creamed corn, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. milk and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put corn in an oil covered dish.
Add salt, pepper and eggs; mix.
Add milk and mix well.
Add 3/4 of crumbs; mix and let stand.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter to rest of crumbs.
Put over top and put in oven at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Take off lid last 15 minutes.
