In one bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt.
In another bowl, mix eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla.
In a saucepan, mix water, butter and cocoa.
Bring to a boil.

Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan (greased and floured) and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
