Mom Mom's Rice Lasagna
Mom Mom'S Rice Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. cooked rice, 1 egg, 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese and 3 oz. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat egg. Combine with Ricotta and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover bottom of casserole dish with sauce. Add a layer of rice. Add a layer of Ricotta.
Add sauce and a layer of Mozzarella and some Parmesan. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Put sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
