Molly's Chicken
Molly'S Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 frying chicken, cut up, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. sherry and 1 box instant white rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Wash and pat dry chicken, cut in pieces.
Put the pieces in a buttered casserole.
Now make a sauce of mushroom soup, sour cream and sherry.
Salt and pepper the chicken first and then pour sauce over chicken.
Bake uncovered in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
A nice brown crust will form over the top of the chicken.
Serve over white rice.
