Molded Shrimp Spread
Molded Shrimp Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, 1 1/2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. water and 1 c. celery, finely diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Turn soup into saucepan and heat over low heat.
Blend in cream cheese and beat until smooth and dissolved.
Soften gelatin in water; add to soup mixture, stirring until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Stir in celery, onion, mayonnaise and shrimp; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into 1-quart ring mold and chill until set.
Unmold onto serving plate and garnish as desired.
Serve with crackers.
