Molded Shrimp Loaf
Molded Shrimp Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and mashed and 1 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Bring tomato soup to a boil in saucepan.
Add gelatin and allow to cool.
When cool, add cream cheese.
Stir in all other ingredients.
Pour into an oiled 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours or until set. To serve, unmold on large platter.
Garnish with lettuce and lemon and lime slices.
