Molded Neptune Salad
Molded Neptune Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can condensed tomato soup, 2 small pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stir tomato soup and cream cheese in double boiler.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Add to soup mixture until fully dissolved. Cool. Add remaining ingredients.
Chill in square Pyrex dish until firm.
Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
